She works across New Zealand with multiple business types and farm systems. Erica is a partner of Morrison Farming, a 1,250-ha sheep and beef breeding and finishing farm in the Rangitikei.

The team will discuss the risks and drivers of soil erosion in the hill country, the challenges to mitigating erosion, and how advisors, land managers and consultants can support land owners. 

The team has extensive experience in the soil conservation space, having filled roles in land management, water resources, coastal discharges and regional planning in the Gisborne District. In addition, they have worked in the planning and implementation of poplar, willow, exotic and indigenous forestry through a range of grant-assisted schemes.
