The event will be based in Gore in mid October (Mon 11, Tue 12, and Wed 13th) 2004.

The draft programme is for a:

• Monday am; registration, any pre-conference meetings (eg. Exec, Regional
  Coordinators); Monday 1.00 pm conference begins with presentations during the
  afternoon, ,
• Tuesday; further presentations in the am and a field trip in the
  afternoon; AGM and conference dinner to finish,
• Wednesday; full-day field trip ending at Momona Airport in time for late
  afternoon departures.

Delegates attending the conference are advised to arrange flight booking into
Invercargill on the monday morning to arrive before 11.00 am and to depart on
flights out of Dunedin (Momona airport) after 4pm.
